I live in Asia since 2005. First I have lived in South Korea (Gumi) for one year before I moved on to China. After living in Nanjing for two years I have been living in Shanghai since May 2008 and bought "Bike Around Shanghai" at the end of 2008 from Peter de Pater, who had just started. Medio 2012 we will have our 5^th-anniversary and meanwhile we have taken care of more that 2000 people for giving them a wonderful day in Shanghai. Would you like to join?

In January 2010, I moved to Shanghai. The first year, I walked a lot, and discovered many nice spots. In 2011, I started working for Bike Around Shanghai. It is really a fantastic way to see all facets of the city, be it ultramodern or nostalgic. The tour is always different, as the city is never the same, and the group is never the same.That's what makes it so interesting!

Since 2011, Shanghai is my home. There's never a dull moment, and always something to see! My favourite places are the original neighbourhoods of the city, where life has a different pace. I enjoy showing these hidden gems, and talking about them. Furthermore, I will tell you about the (world)history that is related to many spots in the city. See you in Sanghai!
